I have over 25 years’ experience within early year’s industry, including a management portfolio of twenty years. After completing and gaining a number of Early Years qualifications I took the plunge and went back to university graduating in 2012 with a Degree in Early Years. In addition, I hold a formal Early Years qualification in Special Educational Needs as well as a qualification in Early Years Management. I will be the Designated Safeguarding and SEN lead for KSPG and I hold both First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid certificates, alongside Child Protection and Safer Recruitment certificates.

My vision is to continuously provide outstanding quality childcare and education for all children and I will work hard to ensure that the team here at KSPG are providing the very highest standards of childcare possible.

Having managed several high profiled Playgroups, including most recently Leonard Stanley Early Years. I helped build their setting to a high standard, my goal has always been to ensure parents are not only satisfied with the setting, but reassured that each individual child's safety, development and care is at the forefront of our aims.

I am honoured to have joined KSPG and to be part of the exciting journey ahead and I am very much looking forward to welcome you all to this wonderful Playgroup. I believe that forming strong relationships with all families is key to delivering quality childcare.

My great passion is to inspire my staff team to ensure that all children within the setting are provided with exceptional childcare and take the greatest care to provide the right level of support and encouragement ensuring all children grow in confidence, build on important social skills and learn at their own pace in an enabling and creative environment.

I am delighted to be leading a dedicated team and look forward to building the right conditions for learning so that children feel safe, cared for and valued. The key to a successful Playgroup is the engagement of the whole team, so celebrating success and recognising the staff’s hard work is a highly regarded part of my role and I am looking forward to getting to know all the staff team and sharing the great work they do each and every day.
