Meet The Staff
Hi, my name is Vicki, I live in Quedgeley with my husband. Two of my children still live at home, while my eldest has moved into his own house. I also have an English Springer Spaniel who we love going on long walks with, especially when down in Cornwall.
I have a L5 Foundation Degree in Early Years, alongside a L4 in Early Years Management and a L3 SENCO. My previous roles have been Manager of a local Early Years, where I have been for the last 10 ½ years, before that I was Manager at another play group for. I have worked in Child Care for the last 24 years, before that I worked at Cheltenham General Hospital on Battledown Children’s ward, and in the Special Care Baby Unit.
I am passionate about ensuring every child enjoys their time learning and developing through meaningful play experiences to reach their full potential and I strive to enable them to develop a love of lifelong learning.
I feel honoured and privileged to be part of your child’s educational journey and look forward to getting to know everyone.
My Name is Vicky. I live in Bussage with my husband and three children.

I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and becoming part of such a dedicated team.
Hi, my name is Rachel and I moved to Stonehouse this year, alongside starting my
journey with King's Stanley Playgroup. My son attends a local school, and we enjoy
exploring the local area and camping holidays as much as possible.
I have worked within Early Years for nearly 3 years and recently qualified as a level 3
practitioner. I am very passionate about the well-being of children, and ensuring they
gain the best possible start in life. I feel very privileged to join a dedicated team and
look forward to meeting everyone.
I have lived in the Stanley’s all my life and attended both King’s Stanley Playgroup and King’s Stanley Primary School.
I have recently finished my 3 year college course in Childcare and Education, through this I did placements in King's Stanley School's reception class and Leonard Stanley Early Years both of which I thoroughly enjoyed.
I have also completed a Paediatric First Aid course and I am currently learning British Sign Language.
Hi, my name is Danielle and I have previously been the key person to red group at the Playgroup
It has always been my dream to work with children, and i have been lucky enough to work at Kings Stanley Playgroup since I left school in 2016. Previous to that, I also carried out my work experience and volunteer work at the Playgroup too.
In the 3 years which I have worked at the playgroup, I have been lucky enough to complete my Level 2 apprenticeship which I received my certificate for in May 2018.
I look forward to welcoming back some familiar faces and meeting some new ones too.
